Seller Agreements

  1. This puppy/dog is a Toy Poodle. This puppy/dog is of typical temperament and structure and embodies the basic standards of the breed.

  2. The pedigree furnished is correct.

  3. The seller agrees to allow the buyer access to the puppy/dog, and to the premises where it is kept, to evaluate the condition therein.

  4. The purchase price of this puppy/dog will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy/dog is unwell or unsound (this does not include intestinal parasites, kennel cough, etc) (only includes genetic disorders see health guarantee) and returned within 7 days from delivery/pick up. The Seller will reimburse no veterinary or shipping costs. Health Guarantee is included in the paperwork.

  5. The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale (unless noted on the health guarantee form) and has had immunizations enumerated in the attached vet shots record.

  6. If at any time the buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, it must be returned to the seller. The puppy/dog may not be transferred or sold by the buyer without first getting permission from the seller. The buyer’s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his or her initials: ___________ on (date)___________. The seller will endeavor to place any returned puppy/dog as advantageously as possible. If a purchase price is obtained for the puppy/dog, it will be refunded to the original buyer, less any costs of placement. If the puppy/dog is placed free of charge, no money will be returned to the original buyer. No veterinary or other costs of keeping the puppy/dog, or any other costs incurred by the buyer resulting from his/her ownership of the puppy/dog, will be paid by the seller to the original buyer of the puppy/dog under any circumstances.

  7. Listed below is what comes with your puppy to give him/her the best start he/she can have:

    1. Completely in my home raised

    2. Health guarantee 1 year (attached)

    3. Ultrasound at 35 days pregnant to confirm pregnancy, then again 1 week prior to birth ($400 value/included)

    4. ENS Training (Early Neurological Stimulation) ($150 value/ included)

    5. All shots age appropriate 6wks and 9wks ($240 value/included)

    6. All de-worming age appropriate 2wks, 4wks, 6wks, and 9wks($15 value/included)

    7. Bordetella (kennel cough) Vaccination so that your puppy can go to its grooming appointment without having to wait ($25 value/included)

    8. Beginning stages of basic training with Puppy Culture (sit, wait, come, off, lay down, no, out, “go potty”, place, touch, etc) ($500 value/included)

    9.  Beginning stages of house breaking (they are used to a routine so that there aren’t any accidents. I have never introduced them to pee pads) ($500 value/included) (litter box system, grass pad system if needed extra $80)

    10. Introduction to leash and collar training (optional) ($275 extends stay 1-2 weeks)

    11. Micro-chipped through Buddy ID and Badge ($50 extra for lifetime enrollment)

    12. 3lbs bag of food that you can either keep him/her on or transition to what you want to feed him/her (NO GRAIN FREE DIETS) ($20 value/included)

    13. 1 month of flea and tick protection comes with the AKC registration, Simparica Trio ($20 value/included)

    14. 1 month of heartworm and intestinal worm protection MilbeGuard 2-10lbs($10 value/included)

    15. Complete Puppy Kit (bed, blanket, toys, bones, grooming slicker brush, nail trimmers, collar, etc  $200 value/included) (items change depending on what I have)

    16. Plus socially conditioned to various sizes and breeds of dogs and cats

    17. Socially conditioned to children all ages ranging from 9 mths – 17yrs

    18. Conditioned to car rides

    19. Kenneled/Playpen trained ($150 value/included)

    20. Proper grooming behavior and etiquette (they are groomed every 2 weeks from the time they are 4-5wks old so they are fully conditioned to it Description: clean face, feet, and sanitary areas) ($35 per visit included)

  8. Deposit can be paid via cash in person, Zelle, cashiers check, Venmo, or Cash app.

  9. Final payment is in Cash only unless arrangements have been made prior to pick up date.

 

Paid In Full or $1000.00 deposit gives you pick of the litter (1st or 2nd) or holds your puppy for you. All payments made prior to the puppy being born are refundable minus $250 handling and processing fee if you change your mind. Once you pick your puppy, if you change your mind all money paid is non-refundable. If the Dam (female) does not get pregnant, then your money is fully refundable or transferable to your choice of a future litter. All deposits made on puppies already born are non-refundable unless there is an extenuating circumstance (to my discretion). I do not ship my babies to anyone anywhere unless they are accompanied by the buyer or a proven flight nanny as in (Troy Fitch). I will if I am able with my schedule, travel up to 1.5hrs from Danville VA to meet for $200 travel/time fee or I can meet at the nearby airports RDU ($200) or Greensboro ($150). This must be arranged prior to take home date as my schedule fills up very fast. I DO NOT sell to Puppy Mills, Kennels or Pet Stores. I do require that the pick is done in person by the buyer. I understand that sometimes that isn’t possible due to long travels in that case, video chat via Facebook messenger chat, Google Meets, or Zoom will be used.

No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated above.

Buyer Agreements

The buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy/dog, it shall be returned to the seller and no one else. The buyer’s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her initials: ___________ on _______(date)______.

The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog’s health with yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian.

  1. Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  2. The buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in an appropriate lean weight to maximize the puppy/dog’s soundness and longevity.

  3. The buyer agrees to have the puppy either spayed (female) or neutered (male). Spay should be done when the puppy is between 7-9 months of age. Neuter should be done between 9-12 months of age.

 

Finally, No Guarantee is made as to ability to breed, show quality, full grown size, coat quality, temperament, or adaptability.  I believe my puppies are of a quality that none of these things will be a problem, but it is impossible to guarantee against such things.  Most of these characteristics are going to be controlled by the Buyer and how they care for and raise the puppy.
